We’re excited to be partnering with a global media agency in their search for an ambitious Financial Controller. Created due to rapid growth, this role will support the CFO and senior leadership team. Offering ample career progression & hybrid working, this role will drive commercial finance, oversee the day-to-day function, and act as a real business partner to non-finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead across all accounting duties, including financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering
• Oversee month-end reporting and management accounts
• Lead financial planning – identifying trends and process improvement
• Ensure revenue and costs are fully supported and effectively managed
• Client profitability analysis
• Manage a small team

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Accountant or QBE
• Experience working in a media agency
• Experience in a business partnering position
• Ambitious, excellent communication skills, and a real drive to progress!
