Senior PMO Analyst | Transformation

Experis is proud to be partnering with a highly respected Wealth Management organisation as they continue to invest in strategic change across the business. We\’re looking for a Senior Transformation Consultant to join their central Transformation Office (TO) — a critical function driving governance, structure, and insight across a broad portfolio of programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with PMO or project analyst experience who’s ready to take ownership of TO processes, reporting, and executive-level coordination.

You’ll be at the heart of the change portfolio, ensuring the Transformation Office runs smoothly — from reporting and governance to supporting key stakeholders. This isn’t delivery-focused; instead, it\’s about enabling delivery through structure, oversight, and clarity.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Transformation Office
• Creating and maintaining governance frameworks, templates, and reporting packs
• Producing clear, concise updates on programme and portfolio health for senior leaders
• Tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across a diverse change landscape
• Coordinating governance forums and ensuring effective follow-up on actions
• Supporting continuous improvement across TO processes and tools

What we’re looking for:

• Strong PMO, project analyst or transformation support experience — ideally in financial services
• Solid understanding of governance, portfolio management, and change delivery frameworks
• Sharp reporting skills, with the ability to turn complex updates into clear insights
• Confident using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, or Power BI
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and holding your own in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
