Our client is a successful, boutique Pan-European Real Estate Investment firm with global offices. You’ll be working closely with the charismatic and highly intelligent Managing Director, providing PA assistance and broader support across Investor Relations, marketing, and special projects.

You’ll join a small, driven, and entrepreneurial team where learning, growth, and variety are part of everyday life. This role offers excellent progression potential and broad exposure to the workings of a top-tier international investment firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary and travel management; arranging internal and external meetings
• Assisting with Investor Relations and marketing initiatives
• Conducting research and compiling insights for internal use
• Preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations
• General PA and administrative support
• Ad hoc support on a variety of projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background (graduate-level)
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable
