TPF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established accountancy practice based in Esher who are looking to recruit a Qualified Tax Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CTA qualified (or nearly qualified) tax professional to take the next step in their career, providing valuable support to a Senior Manager while managing a variety of tax-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Senior Manager: Work closely with the Senior Manager to help run the tax department and contribute to its continued success.
- Compliance Review: Review tax compliance work, including Corporation Tax (CT) and Personal Tax returns, ensuring they meet all statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Provide Tax Advice: Offer tax advice and support to other departments and clients, contributing to strategic decision-making and planning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams to provide proactive tax solutions to clients’ needs.
- CTA Qualified (or nearing qualification): You must be CTA qualified, or nearly qualified, bringing strong technical knowledge and practical experience in tax.
- Trust Accounts Experience (Desirable, but not essential): Experience in trust accounts would be a valuable addition, though not a requirement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and compliance in all tax-related work, from filings to advisory projects.
