We're working with an early-stage client on a mission to build a sector-defining company in the world of health & fitness, starting with a first of its kind, physical-digital product. Our client is now hiring a Product & CX Leader: a broad and hands-on role that sits across product development, customer experience, and project management. Reporting directly to the founder and working closely with tech, design, and manufacturing partners, you’ll be at the centre of it all - owning the product roadmap, refining the end-to-end user journey, balancing hardware, software, and firmware decisions, and ensuring that customer feedback translates into elegant, scalable solutions.
