ProCook is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager to join our Merry Hill Shopping Centre store team.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Your Recipe for Success:

As our Deputy Store Manager, you\’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating a delightful shopping experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Brief your team on daily goals
• Engage with customers and assist them in finding products
• Train your team on products and customer service
• Maintain store standards and assist with general duties
• Prepare the store for the next day at closing

Requirements:

• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth running
• Take charge in the Store Manager\’s absence
• Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage repeat visits
• Train and motivate your team to be product experts and brand ambassadors
• Maintain an inviting store layout
• Monitor costs and find savings without compromising quality
• Ensure stock accuracy and report issues

The Ideal Candidate:

• Loves engaging with customers and providing excellent service
• Has retail experience in a similar role
• Driven to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Natural leader with a positive attitude
• Excellent communicator and motivator
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers and POS systems
