A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reception and Office Assistant to join a well-established company based in Horsham.
Main duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing meeting room bookings and refreshments
- Sorting and distributing post
- Carrying out general office service duties such as photocopying and scanning, and ensuring they are given back within deadline
- Assisting with the building checks, identifying maintenance issues in conjunction with the Office Manager
Your customer focused, helpful and flexible approach to work combined with your well developed problem solving skills and commitment to a high level of client care will enable you to excel in this role. Previous Reception and/or office experience is an advantage but not essential as this could suit someone looking to commence their career within professional services.
