Do you want to progress your HR Advisor skills in a thriving, prominent Global business? Do you want to work as HR Advisor within a DREAM HR team, highly regarded by the business, in which everyone truly supports each other and all members are able to progress, learn and develop themselves?
In this HR Advisor role, you will report into an HR Manager and work within a team of 6, working alongside another HR Advisor in a true generalist capacity. You will be able to get exposure to some complex ER cases, but not swamped in terms of volume.
The HR Advisor responsibilities include:
- To manage the recruitment and induction process up to Senior Management level, ensuring the recruitment of the best possible talent to further develop and grow the business.
- Liaison with the company’s Occupational Health service to ensure appropriate H&S and welfare considerations are in place and maintained on an ongoing basis.
- To flag up any required changes and to challenge policies and procedures which are no longer applicable, and to submit proposals to the HRM/HRD for revision or introduction.
- To establish and build meaningful employment relations with management at all levels in order to support and facilitate business improvement through people management, best practice and the application of relevant policies and procedures.
- To work with the HR Team as required to deliver actions resulting from compensation & benefits initiatives from both local and Corporate.
- Provide an advisory role and support employees and Line Management in the performance management of their staff, whether this is a development need or to manage the individual out of the business.
- To work in conjunction with the HRD/HRM in developing and rolling out employee learning and development activities to further develop the UK workforce.
- To actively utilise and ensure the integrity of data within the HR databases currently Workforce, Workday.
