We’re working exclusively with a highly respected manufacturing business in Coventry that’s entering an exciting new chapter. With a clear buy and build strategy in play and strong profit margins, this is a company that’s growing with confidence and pace.

They’re now looking for a Management Accountant to support the Finance Lead as their number two. This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone who wants to move beyond the numbers and play a part in commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing monthly management accounts
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Business partnering with operational teams
Assisting with integration of acquisitions
Identifying process improvements and efficiencies

What we’re looking for:

Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or finalist
Strong management accounting experience
Commercially minded with good communication skills
Experience in a manufacturing or product-led business is advantageous
