Role: As a Project Manager specialising in technology implementation, you will work across a broad range of technical projects within the legal sector. You will work with international law firms who are looking to adopt new technologies, delivering complex, multi-faceted technical engagements.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology implementation projects for legal clients, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Deliver projects across diverse technology portfolios, including, but not limited to, legal practice management systems, document automation, e-discovery, contract lifecycle management (CLM), knowledge management, and enterprise legal management (ELM) solutions.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear project deliverables.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring clear communication on project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Support clients with change management strategies to drive user adoption.
The successful Project Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record of leading technology implementation projects, ideally within legal or professional services environments.
- Ideally, you will have led several projects from start to finish.
- Experience in legal-specific tools such as Document Management Systems (DMS), E-discovery, contract & matter management or AI-powered legal technology would be advantageous.
- Strong experience with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders across the business, IT and partnership.
