Leading financial services client in East Sussex is now looking to hire an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on a number of exciting digital, IT and business transformation programmes. This is a permanent position and is offering a base of up to £65,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension and a number of other benefits. Very flexible working environment.

To be considered for this role you will need some of the following:

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience.
• Excellent knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping and facilitating workshops etc.
• Experience managing and mentoring other Business Analysts.
• Experience working on complex platform deliveries and/or migrations.
• Agile and Waterfall experience.
• Experience within Financial Services is an advantage.
• Articulate communicator with the confidence to deal with all levels of stakeholders.
