The Role: As the Reception Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team. Ensure the Team Members are prepared and informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. The Reception Manager is responsible for managing and creating exceptional and memorable first impressions to all hotel users. Assist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of exceptional customer service. Organised, structured, able to delegate whilst addressing all business needs. Operates with a sales focus and promotes the hotel brand's loyalty scheme. Maximise room occupancy at the best rates. Able to implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures. Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members. Support and assist with training, absence monitoring, performance managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing. Product savvy, knowledgeable in expected services and pricing.
