The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Poker Room Specialist focused on operations and internal execution. This role will support the day-to-day running of our poker room – assisting with tournament scheduling, system tracking, bug reporting, and internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tournament scheduling, setup, and promotional deployments.
- Track bugs, feature requests, and development items in coordination with the product team.
- Maintain and update internal documentation, processes, and knowledge bases.
- Conduct structured competitor and market research to support product improvements.
- Support registration processes, daily reporting, and registration checks.
- Monitor player-facing issues and help document key feedback or technical problems.
- Learn how the poker room operates end-to-end and contribute to smooth daily execution.
- Support process improvements and assist with maintaining operational roadmaps.
Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Basic poker knowledge (e.g. formats, tournaments, player behavior)
- Confident with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
