• Leading a team of 120 people with team leader and manager structure supporting production delivery
• Succession planning
• Production
• Design
• Supply Chain / Procurement

Key Requirements:

To apply for the Head of Manufacturing position based in Kent you will ideally hold an engineering qualification:

• Science, manufacturing or engineering industry experience
• LEAN implementation examples, showing change management achievements
• Medium to low volume manufacturing environments (high volume still apply)
• Expert leader displaying a natural leadership style
