Position Overview
As the Senior Manager, Brand Experience and Hospitality, this role will report to the Head of Lifestyle and Brand Experience, EMEA out of London. This will be in a highly cross-functional capacity, overseeing and managing the production and execution of Events in EMEA, including hospitality and other physical brand initiatives to respond to brand and consumer needs. This will be in partnership with Marketing, PR, Media, Omni Channel Retail, Clienteling, Creative, Finance, Brand and Product Teams on a Global and regional level as well as external partners.
In the current exciting, competitive, and dynamic context of constant new trends, services, and technologies being introduced, we are seeking a passionate, bright, and motivated individual to join the Marketing department and more specifically the Brand Experience and Lifestyle Team to lead Brand Experiences and Hospitality for EMEA. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, implement, and produce brand-appropriate and market-right events, hospitality, and other physical brand initiatives and strategies to the highest of standards as part of 360 strategies and Global Brand Moments in EMEA.
- Capture Event industry best practices to drive innovation and excitement.
- Maximise event impact through best amplification strategies.
- Bring new best-in-class suppliers to the table and manage respective relationships.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure that updates on progress, risk levels, roadblocks, and resource needs are elevated to key leaders in an effective and timely manner.
- Manage internal and external reporting requirements related to Events and Brand Experiences (e.g., Recaps, Board materials, etc.).
- Budget planning and conciliation.
- Represent RL in industry engagements as appropriate.
- Lead a happy and content Brand Experience, Events, and Production Team.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- Depth of relevant project and events experience gained in international consumer goods organizations, preferably with exposure to premium/luxury brands/interiors/design/hospitality.
- Marketing credentials including brand positioning, merchandising, communications, and partnership development.
- UK experience (and/or European Experience): Will have a strong relevant network and have held a significant role.
- Experience of developing brand-building strategies through events; protecting and enhancing brand equity and increasing market share within a rapidly changing and highly competitive marketplace.

- European Travel will be required for this role.
