We\βre hiring an AI Product Engineer to lead the design and delivery of practical, high-impact features powered by LLMs and other AI tools. The fine print (but way more exciting): This is a remote, UK-based role, with occasional in-person meetups. Our HQ is in Jersey, and we\βre a growing team of ~80 (20 in Product & Engineering) across the UK, US, and EU. We\βve already shipped a handful of AI-powered features using OpenAI and other APIs β now we\βre looking for an engineer to take things further. You\βll design, build, and ship high-impact AI features into our live SaaS product β features real recruiters rely on every day. You\βll be our first engineer focused primarily on AI, so we\βre looking for someone who can both deliver working code and help shape how AI is adopted across the product. This isn\βt a research role β you won\βt be training models from scratch. You\βll be building production features using tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and more. This is not a data science role, and it\βs not about experimental prototypes that never ship. About the Role Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance recruiter workflows and decision-making. Own AI feature development from prototype to production, including backend implementation, deployment, and observability. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align AI-powered features with user needs. Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) into our SaaS platform. Define best practices and workflows for integrating AI into a high-growth SaaS product. Contribute to the design and evolution of our AI infrastructure, including model selection, tooling, and evaluation. About You You\βve designed, built, and shipped AI-powered features into production β not just prototypes or internal tools. You\βve owned the full lifecycle: from idea to implementation to iteration based on real usage and feedback. You have experience deploying AI/ML solutions in a SaaS or product-focused environment. Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or other LLM frameworks. Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and integrating AI into user-facing workflows. You know when AI is the right solution β and when a simpler approach is better.
