IT 1st Line Support Technician This role will see you undertake 1st line IT support tasks, such as the following: Capturing, managing and completing IT support tickets Answering phone and providing support (can be remote desktop support) Research/Quoting/Ordering of IT equipment Updating and maintenance of IT equipment and networks Drop-off/Pick-up of equipment and supplies for multiple-departments Fault finding and diagnostics Hardware maintenance & upgrades Managing user accounts across various systems QA Testing of new systems Experience & Skills Required The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Accurate data entry and administration skills Good communication skills; both verbal and written Extremely organised Experience in Windows & Mac OS Knowledge of Unix/Linux is preferable Ability to research problems independently and offer solutions Clean driving licence Company:- This company is a leading UK training provider offering courses in M&E Safe Systems of Work, Electrical Installations, Legionella training and more. They are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate person to join their Digital team. A variety of projects with a small team allows team members to get involved and make a real difference in the company.
