We’re hiring a Front of House Receptionist at EIMS Global (Bournemouth Office). This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a salary of £25,400 plus a £1,000 MBO bonus. This is a full-time, permanent position.

EIMS Global is on the lookout for a proactive, personable, and highly organized Front of House Receptionist to join our UK HQ in Bournemouth. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members, you’ll play a key role in making sure every interaction is warm, efficient, and professional.
What you’ll do:
- Greet visitors and staff with a warm, professional welcome
- Answer and direct incoming calls and queries efficiently
- Maintain a polished front-of-house environment
- Book travel and accommodation, arrange itineraries for senior leadership
- Manage office supplies and liaise with the Finance team on expenses
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are ready for guests
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in reception or customer-facing roles
- Stellar communication skills—written and spoken
- Organizational wizardry and an eye for detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems

What you’ll get:
