We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team on a full-time basis. Experience recruiting with the actuarial or pricing sectors would be valuable.
We are flexible on the location of the role; this could be remote, hybrid or in our offices in Borehamwood or Amesbury.

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us:
- Building and maintaining close working relationships with key business stakeholders, taking an active role in understanding their requirements and supporting them to make great hiring decisions.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, application screening, conducting phone interviews, and arranging interviews.
- Working with the People Admin team to coordinate the offer, pre-employment screening and on-boarding process.
- Supporting with employer brand development including development and delivery of brand and attraction interventions.
Our wish list of your previous experience:
- Proven experience and success within a recruitment or head-hunter position.
- Experience of recruiting for business support and specialist roles, ideally within the actuarial and pricing sectors.
- Strong experience of working with LinkedIn.
- Confident and diligent in ensuring compliance with regulation, policy, and process within the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Comfortable working as part of a small team with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Passionate about delivering excellent candidate experience.
