Salary and Location Salary: Starting at £28,438, rising to £30,253 after a successful 9-month probation period. Location: Office-based in Reading (RG1 7QE), Mon-Fri (9-5pm). Key Responsibilities Represent Fedcap to employers, selling the benefits of working with us to fill vacancies with job-ready candidates. Develop new business through cold calling, door knocking, and emailing. Build and maintain relationships with employers to understand their needs and match them with suitable candidates. Support candidates in interview preparation and confidence building. Achieve performance targets and celebrate successes. Collaborate with job coaches to create a strong pipeline of candidates for live vacancies. Candidate Profile Excellent at initiating conversations and building trust. Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is advantageous but not essential; personality, motivation, and drive are key. Resilient and able to handle setbacks. Confident in cold calling and lead conversion. Passionate about helping people transform their lives through work. A positive team player with a can-do attitude.
