About the role
- Accurately distribute new lines to stores using the Range Plan set by the Merchandiser
- Use the system to ensure we replenish stock to maximise sales & Profit
- Monitor replenishment and make changes to maximise sales & Profit under guidance of the merchandise team.
- Support the merchandise team with accurate reporting.
- Knowledge of company best and worst sellers. Analysis of best sellers by store.
- Analysis of branch sales to maximise sales & Profit potential.
- Liaising with our Area managers & flagship stores regarding any stock and sales issues.
- Conduct Store visits.
- Drive Sales by identifying store performance trends, risks and opportunities and providing feedback to the merchandise teams.
- Provide Analysis and feedback stock opportunities across stores and product areas and influence the allocation strategy accordingly.
- Assisting the Branch merch team to plan and allocate MD stock at sale times and manage stock levels into the branches.
- Drive Sales by being aware of and helping with Events planning β (promotions, Christmas etc)
- Planning new branch stock packages tailored to individual requirements to maximise sales, providing a positive representation of the brand.
- Liaise with DC on allocations and picks / deliveries.
