Our client are searching for a new Key Account Manager to join their strong team and push forward their ambitious growth plans.
A bit about the company and what they can offer you
A family-owned business selling surgical systems and solutions across the globe. That\’s the unique proposition our clients offer; a huge company that still has that family-run feel is hard to find.
They pride themselves on being an employer of choice, and they strive to achieve this every day. Their culture is all about honesty, integrity, and taking risks without the fear of consequences. Be open and transparent and enjoy your work, and you will fit in well here!
Their aim is simple. Ensure that physicians have the best tools in their hand to treat their patient as effectively as possible. Join them on their mission and you will be treated to great bonus schemes and a company that protects your work-life balance.
What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out product demonstrations and samples to a range of different customers on a weekly basis
• Producing accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner, communicating your findings to the relevant internal sales and management teams
• Ensuring timely management of CRM opportunities, making sure you keep accounts up to date
A bit about you

• Working knowledge of the sales process, and how you can accelerate customer buying cycles
• Presentation, communication, sales, and negotiation skills are crucial to success in this role
• Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as confident to work alone when necessary
