• Drive sales performance, ensuring individual and team targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Conduct property valuations and secure instructions, focusing on growing market share.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the sales team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance throughout the sales process.
• Monitor and respond to market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and proactive team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator within the residential sales sector.
• Exceptional track record in securing property instructions and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client care.
• Deep knowledge of the property market, particularly in the Cotswolds and North Oxfordshire areas.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
