Our Enterprise Solutions department is growing, and we are looking for new talent to join us on our journey! As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily management, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of business stakeholders. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure seamless user experience, system performance, and data accuracy. You will oversee user access, create reports and dashboards, maintain custom fields and objects, and implement system enhancements. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users to ensure the continued success and adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Business Process Product Delivery: Assist in the customization of the Salesforce product to provide a quality service that empowers Yolo colleagues to deliver their responsibilities.
- Salesforce Delivery Team: Collaborate within the Salesforce team, utilizing an agile methodology, to create and manage tickets from inception to completion.
- Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis of stakeholders requirements, translating these into actionable documents such as process diagrams and user stories.
- User Support: Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the platform.
- Reports and Dashboards: Generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making for various teams.
- Security and Access Management: Ensure data security and access control measures are maintained in compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, providing input on best practices and process improvements.
What we expect from you:
- 4+ years of total IT experience with at least 2+ years of Salesforce admin experience.
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (Required), Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (preferred bonus).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce customization tools, data management, and security.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions using Salesforce functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users and train them on Salesforce usage and best practices.
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement solutions that align with business goals.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Salesforce system.
