A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim HR Consultant with previous line management experience and post merger integration experience, for an initial 6-9 months. The role is based in London with hybrid working.
Responsibilities include:
- Line manage a large HR team
- Partner with the CPO on strategic activities
- Provide consultation and negotiation with the trade unions
- Oversee the employee relations team and support with complex work if needed
- Lead post merger integration processes, including systems and policies
- Review the organisation for significant cost saving areas, looking at streamlining, structures and efficiencies
- Lead on the organisations change initiatives
- Oversee a HRIS implementation
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement change management strategies including embedding new structures and cultural shifts
- Effective management of exiting senior members of the organisation
Profile:
- Previous experience operating at a strategic senior level
- Previous experience of managing large HR teams
- Previous change management experience including post merger integration and cost saving activities
