Basic Salary: £20,000 per annum
OTE: £40,000+ per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm + alternate Saturdays

Key Responsibilities- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating lets between landlords and tenants
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Generating new business and upselling services
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Meeting and exceeding individual and office targets
- At least 12 months’ experience in lettings
- Proven ability to hit targets and convert leads
- High-energy and motivated attitude with a genuine love for property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation, professionalism, and client rapport
- Local knowledge of Weybridge and surrounding areas is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- ARLA qualified preferred, though not essential
