We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead the digital evolution within a local government department. This role will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of digital transformation strategies, including building a robust Digital, Data and Technology structure, designing a new Target Operating Model (TOM), and driving user-centred design (UCD) practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of digital transformation roadmaps to modernise technology infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and implement a robust DDAT structure, enhancing capabilities in digital, data, and technology across the organisation.
  • Oversee the creation and design of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural and operational changes to support transformation.
