  • 29 days of annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 2 years, and 35 days after 4 years, with an additional day off during your birthday month (for term-time workers, your leave entitlement aligns with the non-working periods in your contract).
  • Tailored induction sessions starting on your first day at AfC.
  • Local Government salary and pension scheme (LGPS or Teachers Pension).
  • Flexible working options to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • A comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.
  • A variety of staff benefits and discounts.
  • Access to an excellent learning and development offer to help you progress in your career.

If you are ready to lead a transformative team and make a real difference, we would love to hear from you!
