House of Sunny is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support the growth and optimization of our online store. This role is central to ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience and driving e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing, awareness in coding with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings and pricing. Upload new products, manage inventory levels, and monitor stock availability. Ensure website functionality and user experience meet brand standards.
- Order Management: Oversee the order processing workflow, from placement to fulfillment. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and ensure clear delivery windows are communicated and up to date on all product pages. Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist with alignment on the website with e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing and promotions, working with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and conversions. Monitor performance of digital advertising efforts, including Google and social media ads and report findings back to the Marketing team weekly.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and website traffic. Use analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Understanding of online merchandising and customer journey optimization.
