Things you will be doing as a Hotel Operations Manager:

1. Work with the General Manager to run the business day-to-day
2. Implement brand standards
3. Liaise with the local market to ensure the property reflects the area
4. Select, review and interview potential employees
5. Help build a strong employee brand and inspire your team

You\’ll be a great fit if you have:

1. An extensive F&B background
2. A strong background in independent establishments
3. A strong understanding of P&Ls
4. Are driven and passionate about the industry
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
