I am currently working with a leading events company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through innovative event planning and execution. They specialize in exhibitions, events and networking events all across the world, and pride themselves on their attention to detail, creativity, and exceptional customer service.
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote their events and enhance their brand presence in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in creating successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for upcoming exhibitions, outlining objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and email campaigns to engage potential exhibitors and visitors.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s online presence through website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs, using this data to refine marketing strategies.
- Event Promotion: Coordinate promotional activities leading up to exhibitions, including partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and public relations efforts to maximize attendance.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees through effective communication and personalized outreach.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the sales, operations, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful event execution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events industry.
