Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor within Corporate Commercial who is looking for that next step up to become Partner. You may already be at Partner level and feel it is time for a change.

You will have substantial business development experience along with some client following to expand on:

1. Joint ventures, partnerships and LLP's
2. Buying and selling businesses
3. Commercial contracts
4. Mergers and acquisitions
