ECB Star are working with a US law firm in London on a Junior Associate (1-3PQE) opportunity within their restructuring practice. The firm's London office was founded more than 40 years ago and offers full-service capabilities in all aspects of corporate work, including M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, project finance, real estate, energy and natural resources, business restructuring and reorganisation, and tax, as well as dispute resolution, international arbitration, competition, and employment.
Following the firm's recent success in headcount growth at the partner level, the firm is looking to bolster its Associate ranks with the hire of a junior Associate between 1-3PQE. The firm has a small but growing restructuring practice supported by its US and wider global counterparts. The team advises global clients on bespoke and complex cross border restructurings, special situations debt transactions and stressed liability management transactions.
