We are currently seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Associate to join our Risk Advisory team with a focus on investigations and security risk. The individual will join our marketing team and will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns including events, thought leadership and digital projects. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, excellent written, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work with stakeholders and vendors. The prospective candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Kroll’s Risk Advisory practice, by assisting in planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing activities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Utilise technology tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient project management and execution.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Supporting the planning and executing of EMEA-wide events, including hosted, sponsored, and virtual formats.
  • Manage event logistics, including collateral shipping, swag management, and vendor coordination for conferences.
  • Lead pre- and post-event meetings with the sales team to ensure follow-up actions are aligned, setting up campaigns in Salesforce and reporting on results.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns in coordination and partnership with the integrated marketing team (web, SEO, social media, digital ads).
  • Ensure compliance with Kroll’s brand guidelines across all marketing efforts.
  • Develop and measure key success metrics for all initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and performance.
  • Create content for global emails, demonstrating expertise in content development and email execution, including inputting into list selection and targeting criteria.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to generate topics for webinars, virtual events, conferences, and sponsorships.

This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to drive results across diverse marketing initiatives. Work autonomously, as well as within teams, depending on the project.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, with a proven ability to plan and deliver activities across a broad range of channels and audiences.
  • B2B or professional services marketing experience preferred.
  • Superb written, copy editing and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with experience with project management systems (i.e. Monday.com).
  • Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools is an asset.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills, ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of collaborating across a global organisation.
  • Passion for marketing and driving business results.
  • Experience working with sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise projects and thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
