I am working with an end-user in the retail sector who is undergoing a huge digital transformation. They are looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 HR Consultant who specializes in ERP. You will play a key role in the implementation of the HR modules of Dynamics 365.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics HR, including people management, talent management modules & HRM.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements in D365 configurations.
- Configure, test, and deploy HR modules.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills & requirements:
- Proven experience implementing and supporting D365 implementations (minimum of 5 years exp.)
- Hands-on configuration experience in Dynamics 365 HR modules including people management, task management & business processes management.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with key decision makers.
- Worked on implementations with end-users.
- Strong ERP experience.
