Job Description

As the Head of Applications, you will lead the development and delivery of our application portfolio, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AI technologies, including large language models. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the Microsoft tech stack and AI technologies.
• Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the application development process.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers and application specialists.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including advancements in AI and large language models.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in building and delivering applications.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft tech stack (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, .NET).
• Proven track record of working in a PE-backed startup environment.
• Experience with AI technologies, including large language models.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
