Working for a well-respected developer with an excellent reputation who don’t often recruit due to low staff turn over. Working on high end plots where detail is key, you will be a well presented and professional assistant site manager who has a background in Housebuidling. The client is open to experience in terms of years, whether you have 2 or 20 years its about finding the right person to fit within the team and represent the company to the best of your ability, lots of customer interaction and to achieve excellent customer feedback as they always have done. This is a long term role offering longevity of work in the area. This is not a replacement to the team this is an additional need. Opportunity to progress up to site manager in the future! Joining an experienced and established site team under excellence leadership and support from Head Office. Seeking a January start! Competitive salary up to £46k DOE plus car or allowance and a range of benefits
