The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service? You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of projects predominantly into the exhibitions space. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure every project is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards. Enjoy travelling? This role will require you to travel to prestigious venues all over the nation, and also projects abroad almost every month.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of AV projects from brief through to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver creative, practical AV solutions
- Produce and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Liaise with venues, contractors, and logistics providers to coordinate all aspects of project delivery
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-site installation and event delivery when required
- Ensure all health & safety and compliance requirements are met
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues under pressure in live environments
- Support ongoing process improvement and documentation of project workflows
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the Events or Exhibitions industry
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends
