A core role within the Strategy & Transformation team, providing expert analytical skills across key strategic initiatives to drive effective decision making and delivery to enable the achievement of the strategic growth plan.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis
- Own strategic models and undertake scenario analyses to understand the potential impacts of strategic decisions.
- Work with finance to define and measure strategic KPIs to assess the achievement of the company strategy.
- Analyze and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Undertake industry and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
- Strategic Solutioning & Planning
- Work with business stakeholders to shape strategic options and recommendations for key strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development of strategic plans for specific initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Project Management
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects successfully.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and present strategic plans and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
- Innovation and Improvement
- Drive innovation by identifying new business opportunities and growth areas, aligned to the strategic priorities.

Skills and Experience
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
