Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Operations Support to join an international membership organisation dedicated to standards and sustainable business practices.

About the Role

As the Head of Operations Support , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of multiple departments, including Assurance, Certification, Standards, Membership, Digital & IT, Policy, and Training. You will work closely with the Executive Director, identifying operational improvements, ensuring compliance, and driving collaboration across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Director on operational matters and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee and optimise operational processes across multiple departments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in line with industry and legal standards.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and UK/EU legislation.
• Enhance digital systems and IT operations for greater efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative, member-centric approach to service delivery.
• Act as an interim Executive Director when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Head of Operations or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong understanding of operations within a regulated industry or membership organisation.
• Knowledge of compliance, standards, and certification processes (desirable).
• Track record of implementing operational efficiencies and digital improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.
