Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency, tone, and engagement.
- Plan, produce, and publish content aligned with the core brand pillars, tapping into platform trends, creating engaging text, image, and video content.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring all posts are scheduled and consistent.
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner, building strong community engagement.
- Track and analyse monthly performance, presenting insights and recommendations.
- Develop and create original content, including TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality assets and content.
- Assist with influencer outreach, briefings, and coordination to ensure timely deliverables and effective collaborations.
- Organise and participate in events, both online and offline, to build community engagement and boost brand awareness.
You Are:

- You have 4+ years of experience in managing social media, content creation, community engagement, marketing, and/or events, ideally in the beauty, fragrance, or FMCG industries.
