The London Borough of Harrow is seeking an experienced Homeless Prevention Solutions Officer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct homelessness needs assessments and develop personalized housing plans
  • Provide proactive housing advice and explore prevention solutions for those at risk
  • Work collaboratively with local authorities, landlords, and support agencies
  • Assist individuals in securing sustainable accommodation and preventing eviction
  • Issue statutory homelessness decision letters in line with legal requirements
  • Manage caseloads effectively and maintain accurate records using IT systems
