We are currently looking for a part-time Order Processing Administrator (25 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 14:00 - fully based onsite). The Order Processing Administrator plays a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our commercial functions.
- Review and process invoices, ensuring that all financial documentation meets company standards.
- Perform regular stock updates to reflect current inventory levels accurately.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to maintain the overall efficiency of the commercial operations.
Previous experience in order processing, invoice administration, or a similar role is required. Proficient in using standard office software and the ability to quickly learn internal systems. Effective verbal and written communication skills in UK English are essential. Experience within a commercial or FMCG environment is preferred. Ability to work autonomously in a part-time role, managing time efficiently.
