Job Purpose Summary: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the ADP payroll system. The role focuses on processing employee pay details, handling queries, and maintaining compliance with all relevant payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Input payroll data into the ADP system accurately, including salary amendments, changes to working hours, overtime, bonuses etc.
- Collate, review and process employee timesheets and attendance records directly in ADP.
- Ensure all payroll transactions comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure proper documentation of all processes.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ADP specialists to resolve system errors or issues flagged during payroll runs.
- Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations whenever required.
Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in a Payroll administration role.
- Experience with ADP payroll systems and good understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to accurately process large volumes of data in a timely manner.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle and process sensitive employee data confidentially.
- Experience in working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
