The Global Integrated Biologics Ops Finance Controller is a key Business Partner to the Biologics Operations network, Site Finance and IB Finance community. The role is supporting enabling Operations to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in various financial aspects of the Platform such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings and planning cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight & Control – Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, handling budgets, and supervising global operational expenses to optimize costs.
- Monitoring Operational Performance – Tracking important metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of global operations in order to achieve company objectives.
- Process Standardization & Optimization – Implementing uniform financial processes and controls across multiple regions to improve efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
- Strategic Decision Support – Providing data-driven insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-making and global strategy execution.
- Collaborator Communication – Working with operational finance teams, and senior management to align financial operations with business objectives.

Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years validated experience in a manufacturing or international setup.
- Financial & Analytical Expertise – A strong grasp of financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis is essential for making informed decisions, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance across global operations.
- Cross-Cultural Awareness – The ability to support diverse teams across various regions, communicate effectively with collaborators, and drive global financial initiatives while navigating cultural differences.
- BA or equivalent experience in economics or business management.
- Agile Approach – Ability to channel different information into actionable steps.
