Our client are a fast-growing insolvency and restructuring practice based in Sale, Manchester. Their team is known for providing practical, results-driven solutions to distressed businesses and their stakeholders. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. This role can be a Senior Administrator as well, depending on experience.

As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality work in line with regulatory and firm standards, supporting insolvency practitioners and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency appointments, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and compulsory liquidations
  • Liaise with directors, creditors, HMRC, and other stakeholders
  • Draft statutory documentation, progress reports, and correspondence
  • Conduct investigations into company affairs where required
  • Ensure all case milestones and compliance deadlines are met
  • Attend creditors’ meetings and communicate outcomes appropriately
  • Maintain accurate case files and update insolvency software accordingly
  • Support the wider team and assist in business development initiatives when needed
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate insolvency role (essential)
  • Solid understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in insolvency case management software (e.g. IPS, Turnkey)
  • CPI qualification (desirable but not essential)
