The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a CCTV/ANPR Field Engineer to perform installation, maintenance and calibration activities on their roadside cameras which are deployed in the East Anglia region. The successful candidate will be required to be fairly mobile and willing to work at the side of motorways which will include occasional night work. Full product training will be provided but ideally you will have had prior dealing with CCTV or ANPR cameras as this will enable you to pick up the technologies quickly.
Skills and Experience:
- A background in installation and maintenance of electronic equipment (CCTV, ANPR, ticket machines, EV charge points, etc.)
- Experience of fault finding equipment at component level
- Qualified to ONC/HNC or BTEC in Electronic Engineering or hold a 17th/18th Edition qualification (BS7671)
- Prior roadside experience and current tickets (G39, HERS8, NRSWA, NHSS8) is highly desirable
- Fault response and repair of roadside equipment experience
- Full drivers licence
