Whether you're already experienced in legal recruitment or come from a professional services 360 recruitment background with a strong billing record, this role offers an exciting opportunity to transition into legal recruitment with full support and cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across legal markets in the UK and internationally.
• Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Leverage your existing experience to identify and win new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic internal team to exceed performance targets.
• Stay ahead of legal market trends and client needs to deliver top-tier service.

Requirements:

• Experience in legal recruitment or within a 360 professional services recruitment role.
• A relationship-driven mindset with the ability to develop long-standing trust with clients and candidates.
• Proven billing success and confidence in winning new business.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
