Job Description As a Senior Business Analyst, you will proactively seek out effective ways to deliver and embed business change as we move through our digital transformation and ambitious growth plans. In this role, you\’ll understand and represent user needs making sure we have all the information required in relation to a business problem in order for product teams to bring this to life in their solutions. This role has significant relationship management responsibilities across the business, as well as across our Team, Train and Portfolio structure. As a Senior Business Analyst, we are looking for someone to: Support with any business/ product changes required when changes are made by various governing bodies including the FSA (to ensure governance) Provide guidance, support and best practice to a team of Business Analysts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and solutions Plan and facilitate workshops with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements align on business objectives brainstorm solutions and drive collaborative decision making Collaborate with other train members to design, test and implement solutions Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices Lead and manage regulatory change initiatives Qualifications Essential Track record of delivering regulatory change Lead experience (this role will potentially move into a Lead role as the team grows) Experience in change management activities Demonstrated experience in process improvement and solution design Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process The ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
