We are looking for a driven, 360 Recruiter from any sector who is a passionate, inspired person who can identify, communicate with and manage candidates on behalf of your clients.
What will I be doing as an Executive Search consultant?
Full training will be given to enable you to establish your own Executive search desk and develop in to the “go to expert” within a given vertical market or functional specialism.
Daily activities include (but not limited to):
- Sales & New Business Development.
- Account Management & Account Development
- Representing the business at Networking Events, Client Socials & Trade Shows.
- Thoroughly searching all databases available.
- Working with external researchers and outsources to gain referrals and recommendations.
- Pro-actively approaching suitable candidates.
- Managing communication with candidates, be that phone, video or face-to-face for all interview stages.
- Running pre-screening and competency interviews on behalf of your customers to identify compatibility with their vacancies.
- Monitoring and tracking your activity to deliver valuable market insights.
What can I earn as an Executive Search Consultant?
ÂŁ35,000 – ÂŁ40,000 basic salary depending on experience

Commission Scheme: Option of 3 types of commission scheme of which employees qualify for from day 1 of your employment.
